This kit is recommended for single residential properties and light commercial use. The System 880 Kit can be fitted to both new and existing gates and is ideal for 5 bar and wooden farm-style gates. The kit is suitable for both wooden and metal gates.

The gate is secured with the lock supplied. The electric lock can be key-released and the gate opened manually in the event of power failure. Safety is provided by adjustable pressure valves that are built into the operator. Additional safety comes from the photocells supplied.

The gate is secured in the closed position with the non-reversible action of the motor drive gear arrangement. Dual safety is provided by an adjustable, electronic torque control device that is built into the operator and the photocells supplied.

In the event of an emergency, the locked cover on the operator is removed and a lever disengages the motor drive. A safety switch isolates the mains voltage when the cover is removed.
